-30 cl of water
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-250 g flour
-Zest of an orange or lemon or vanilla
-1 L vegetable oil
1-Pour the flour into a chicken’s ass. Grate the orange on top.
2-Heat the water and salt in the saucepan. When it boils, pour it over the flour. Mix with a wooden spoon or with the sheet of the robot.
3-Place everything in a socket pocket with a fluted socket.
4-Heat the oil in a frying pan or fryer.
5-Poach the churro dough in the hot oil, cutting about 15 cm pieces with scissors.
6-Cook for about 3 minutes, over medium heat, turning the churros regularly.
7-Drain on absorbent paper. Then roll the churros in powdered sugar.
