Stuffed potatoes
Ingredients:
-10 potatoes.
-40 g butter.
-6 tablespoons of cream.
-180 grams of shredded county.
-salt, pepper.
-150 g cooked ham on the bone, diced or remaining roasted turkey tenderloin
Preparation:
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

STEP 2
Wash the potatoes and wrap them in aluminum foil. Place on a hot oven rack for 40 minutes.
STEP 3
Once cooked, cut the potatoes lengthwise (do not peel).
STEP 4
Empty the potatoes with a small spoon, leaving a little flesh. Crush the removed flesh.
STEP 5
Mix the meat in a bowl with the cream, county, ham or chicken and adjust the seasoning if necessary (salt, pepper).
STEP 6
Stuff the empty potatoes with the preparation.
STEP 7
Place them in a lightly oiled or buttered gratin dish.
STEP 8
Slice the butter into shavings over the potatoes and brown for 10 minutes on the oven grill.
STEP 9
Served with a green salad, the cooked potatoes are ready to eat.
