-Ground pepper
-150g breadcrumbs
-Frying oil
-1 ball mozzarella
-100g grated cheese
-2 eggs
-350g round rice

1-Boil a large pot of water add salt and cook the rice for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool completely.
2-Cut the mozzarella into small squares.
3- Form rice balls in the middle hand add shredded cheese and a square of mozzarella.
4-Beat the egg into an omelette, add salt and pepper. In another bowl, pour in the breadcrumbs.
5-Place the rice balls in the egg then the breadcrumbs repeat the operation once again. Cook them in the hot oil.
