For 10 nascondini.
- 200 grams of flour
- 60 grams semolina sugar
- 50 grams of soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1/2 bag of chemical yeast
- icing sugar
1- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well by hand until you have a homogeneous dough.
2- Roll the dough into a rectangle. Place in the middle of the rectangle and, from one end to the other, spread the dough. Fold the sides of the dough on themselves to cover the spread, solder the sides well.
3- Cut slices about 3 cm wide. Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, thinking of placing on the paper the side where the dough folds.
4- Cook 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Let cool and cover the nascondini with icing sugar.
You can of course make smaller portions and double the amount of nascondini.
