-Rice leaves
-Rice vermicelli
-Cooked shrimp
-Lettuce leaves
-Cilantro, fresh mint

1-Soak rice vermicelli in cold water for 30 minutes
2-Cut the carrots
3-Soak rice leaves in water for a few seconds
4-Place a sheet on a clean wet cloth
5-Arrange the salad, carrots, fresh herbs and rice vermicelli, start folding according to the video, and arrange the shrimp before finishing the roll.
6-Serve with soy sauce or nuoc nam (fish sauce).
