Coffe Panna cotta

Ingredients 800ml of cream for cooking 100ml of coffee
50g of sugar
1 sachet of flan

In a glass, put the warm coffee and the prepared flan. Mix well with a teaspoon until the powder has dissolved completely.
Then, in a casserole, we put the cream, sugar and the mixture that we have just prepared. Mix well and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. When it is close to boiling, turn off the heat.

Then pour the mixture into flan molds. Let them cool for 15-20 minutes and then put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours. After that time they will be ready.
Finally, turn out your coffee panna cotta and serve. You can add cream, chocolate and caramel as they go as a ring to the finger to this simple recipe.
