-leftover cheese (brie or camembert type)
-150 g grated Gruyère cheese
-1 tablespoon flour
-20 g butter
-1 tablespoon oil
Remove the crust from the cheese, mash it in a bowl.
Add the beaten egg, Swiss cheese, flour and pepper.
Make flattened balls with the cheese mixture, flour them and pass them through the breadcrumbs.
Heat a little butter and oil in a frying pan, brown the croquettes over medium heat for 2 min on each side. Drain on paper towels if necessary.
