apple and almond cake
-125g Almond powder
-100g Melted salted butter
-140g Brown sugar
-1sachet Vanilla sugar
-1sachet Chemical yeast
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar.
Add the eggs one by one, then the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Stir vigorously, then add the almond powder while whisking.
Wash, peel and seed the apples. Cut into small cubes. Fold the diced apples into the cake dough.
Butter a mould or use a silicone mould. Pour in the preparation.
Bake for about 35 min. Prick the cake with a knife to check the cooking, the blade should come out without trace of dough.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving warm or cold.
