Almond and Hazelnut Cookies

For 20 Cookies
125g of hulled almonds
125g world hazelnuts
120g icing sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
2 egg whites

-Preheat the oven to 170°C in the rotating heat position.

-Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and almonds. There must be some large pieces left.
Mix the almonds and hazelnuts with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar.

-Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

-Gently stir in the snow whites.

-Place small piles of dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. I put 1 large teaspoon for each cookie.

-Cookfor 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
